DEF 01 _ Bamboo Structure_Get Revit into the Game

Now we are finalizing the geometry by converting it to Revit Geometry and we will start with adaptive component placing Method as our main workflow

we will name this step as Step 05 "Since we have 4 steps in the original code" :

Let`s Explore the three nodes we are going to use first:

A.Curve.PointAtParamter

You have to think in the curve like the start of it at 0 and the end of the arc at 1

so if you want to create four points on curve you will need {0,0.25,0.75,1}

B.Use the Code Block

At this case we want to create 5 points with 0 as start and 1 as end

so we will use Code Block "By double click on view-port"

Start..End..#Count

C.AdaptiveComponent.ByPoints

By the points you have you can place Adaptive component

Let`s get Revit into the game :

Before Run the code just be Sure that you have the Unites as Meter At Mass Family

-Using Curve point at parameter to have 5 point on each Arc

-Then Right Click On Node Body and go to Lacing and make it Cross Product

this option will grantee that each arc is divided

-take those points in the adaptive component by points and use this Type "5pt-Adaptive"
