Bassel Omara, Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Ain Shams Uni

versity, Egypt-2008 with a cross-culture design studio certificate from Clemson University (USA). Bassel is a BIM manager and senior design architect in Dorsch Gruppe. His dedication as an Architect was professionally recognised as he was nominated twice for the Young Architect of the Year 2015 and 2016 across the MENA region.

Professionally, He has worked intensely for both the public and private sectors on various projects as airports, military, hotels, schools, stadiums, retail buildings, resorts, banks, office buildings, touristic villages, social & sporting facilities, mosques, residential buildings & theaters. His recent ASAS Marina Towers was awarded as the winning design. Philosophically, His work encompasses a diverse selection of projects that reflects his vision of unlimited scope.

Bassel was a teaching assistant at the American University in Cairo and has continued to be involved as a guest speaker in various events including Abu Dhabi University
